Not exactly sure where this one came from. Just trying out a few things. Done in pen and ink. I'll try to add some colour to this later on if I have time.

I coloured my previous sketch to test atmosphere and overall color palette in a story I'm trying to write, but I couldn't decide on which time of night I wanted (dawn or midnight). I ended up doing both, and I like them each for their own reasons. Let me know what you think!

Just trying to work out some environments/backgrounds for a fantasy short story. The idea I initially had has completely changed and then run away from me, but I think I really like it. I'll post more when I have it, and perhaps I'll color this sketch.

Here's a little ditty I whipped up on my lunch break today. I finally got around to scanning in a bunch of stuff from my sketchbook, but there's still a ton of stuff in there so I'll have to keep working at it. The sketch was lying around in my sketchbook, and I tried out a new coloring technique. I'm pretty happy with the results. Let me know what you think!

I did this sketch yesterday while sitting in a coffee shop at lunch. It was done with a brush-pen with India ink, and completely different from how I work. I was actually stumped in sketching, and just picked up the pen and drew what was in front of me on the table. Very unplanned, and the majority of it done in one stroke. Let me know what you think.

Yes, I'm still alive. I've been working on quite a few different things, including being pretty busy at work, but hopefully some of those projects will see the light of day soon enough. Until then, here's a little sketch I did yesterday while sitting in the park (I know, I know, surrounded by nature and this is what I come up with).
